The Forest Stewardship Council is an international non-profit multistakeholder organization established in 1993 that promotes responsible management of the world’s forests, via timber certification. All Candide wood cores are FSC certified.

Sustainability – Bio-Based Epoxy

The factory producing the Candide skis has been pioneering the use of bio-based epoxy for many years. This replaces the petro-chemical with renewable materials such as vegetable oils. This process retains all the strength of a traditional epoxy resin.
