Our ski boot fitters will help you find the most suitable model for your next trip to the slopes. To ensure you can be seen at your preferred date and time, we advise booking an appointment in advance. Please be aware that during busy periods, the fitters may be working with two bookings simultaneously.

Each of our stores carries a range of boots throughout the winter, to suit various skiers and foot shapes. Following an initial foot assessment, it may be necessary to order boots from another location. If you have any questions about our boot fitting service, our store teams will be happy to answer them over the phone or by email before your appointment.

Our SUREfit programme ensures the perfect fit for ski boots, outdoor footwear, and backpacks. It combines expert fitting with staff training, helping you find the right product for your needs. Our process includes assessing your activity, skill level, body shape, and personal history. We use measurements, adjustments, and checks to ensure a tailored fit.

Our commitment: whether you’re buying ski boots, shoes, or backpacks, you’ll receive expert in-store fitting and ongoing support to guarantee satisfaction.

*If we are unable to supply a satisfactory fit providing the ski boots have been worn for less than 2 weeks (wear and tear will be taken into account), correct socks and footbeds have been used, and there is a proof of purchase (to show the boots were bought from Ellis Brigham in the preceding 18 months), we will issue store credit for 70% of the value paid.
